Peter Hannay is currently undertaking honours level research at Edith Cowan University, following the completion of a double major in software engineering and computer security. His honours research is focused on the acquisition and analysis of historical data from GPS units. In addition to this he is active in the development of the SImPLE (Simple Image Preview Live Environment) and LIARS (Laptop Inspector and Recovery System) projects within the SCISSEC security research group.
